Guidelines for Submission of Accepted Papers
Congratulations on the selection of your paper for presentation at
IFSA/NAFIPS 2001. Publication of your manuscript is conditional on
satisfying the following requirements:
- Two (2) printed copies of the final camera-ready copy of your paper
must be received at Venue West Conference Services, Ltd no later than
March 31, 2001.
- Accepted papers should be submitted in camera-ready form. Any
document creation software may be used provided that your printed
copy satisfies the Accepted Paper Format
(PDF File,
Word File)
LaTeX style files can be found here as well:
ifsanafips.sty
and for the correct bibliography:
ifsanafips.bst.
An example file is also available:
ifsanafips.tex.
- Your paper should not have page numbers on the front of the pages.
Print the page numbers and the first author's initials on the back of
each page writing lightly and using a soft pencil.
- The allocated page limit for each paper is six (6) pages. An
additional fee of US $125 per page must be paid for each additional
page (maximum 2 additional pages). Your payment for the additional
pages has to be included with the final paper submission and
registration forms (PDF File).
- A signed IEEE Copyright Form must accompany each paper being
submitted. This form may be downloaded from the IEEE website at
http://www.ieee.org/about/documentation/copyright/cfrmlink.htm.
- Authors of accepted papers should insert a 100-200 word abstract
into the form available on this site at
Final Abstracts Submission.
The deadline for submitting abstracts of accepted papers is March 31, 2001.
